Christian E. Höferl

Christian’s love of music drew him into the piano business. As a practising musician for most of his life, he worked in the music business since 1980 and started in 1986 as the owner of a full line music store in Vienna with import and export relations with wholesalers and retail operations world wide. Moving to the US in 1989 he became the General Manager of a large piano chain, helping to develop this business further into a most successful chain of stores, and in doing so, gained invaluable experience in all aspects of the retail trade developing relationships, with both manufacturers and suppliers.  more

Colin P. Taylor / Technical Director

Colin Taylor is a fully qualified piano technician. He was the concert technician for Bösendorfer in the United Kingdom, and a part-time lecturer in piano tuning and restoration at The London Guildhall University, prior to his appointment as General Manager of Bösendorfer London Piano Centre in 1989. This was Bösendorfer’s own successfully managed retail store in London. more

Gerhard Sindelar / Marketing Director

Gerhard gained a "Master of fine Arts" degree at the University of Applied Arts in Vienna, and subsequently worked for several Austrian advertising agencies. In 1980 he started running his full service advertising agency "Agentur Sindelar" in Klosterneuburg, Austria, focused on developing and implementing CI and CD, working for Austrian and German companies engaged in international markets.   more

Gary began his career in the piano industry upon graduation from college in 1975 with the Kimball Piano & Organ in an entry-level position in customer service. Scott began his interest in the music world like many by taking piano lessons as a child. After college he began his professional career in 1979 by accepting a position as a retail sales specialist with at that time the country’s largest keyboard dealer in Southern California, Organ Exchange.  more

Aaron Trafton / District Sales Manager (Central and Midwest USA)

Aaron is a 2009 university graduate with a BS Business degree focused on Entrepreneurial Management. Aaron has been around the piano business most of his life as the son of an industry veteran. He has accumulated general knowledge from sharing and working in the family business.  more
